Get ready for World Book Day at ISS – 5th March

In preparation for World Book Day 2015 we are asking pupils (and staff!) to send in photos of themselves reading in unusual places! So far we have photos of Mr Kidwell reading on his surf board and Year 5 pupil Jamie Hill reading next to a helicopter! Get creative … take your book up a tree, to the top of a mountain, on a boat trip …… and send your pictures to Miss Beki  (Year 3)  rebecca.cosh@iss.sc

On World Book Day itself we will have a book character dress up day with a competition for the best outfits! Parents are invited to watch the parade, visit their child’s classroom to share a story and view the displays of our work based on our love of reading here at ISS. More details to follow.
