REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SEYCHELLES, invites interested parties with relevant experience in catering to submit proposals for the running of the School’s tuck shop. A 3 year contract for provision of on-site catering service shall be awarded which shall include a 3 year agreement for leasing of the premises equipped with running water and electricity which utilities shall be billed to the operator of the tuck shop.
Both the lease and the contract may be renewed.
Commencement of the services will be required for the new academic year in September 2016.
The School’s tuck shop plays an important role in the development and well-being of the learners. It should reflect the educational goals of the school as well as support and complement the learners’ education by highlighting and promoting the supply of nutritious foods and limiting the availability of less healthy options.
The stakeholders in the school consider the tuck shop an integral part of the School and thus expect service delivery of a high standard.

Tender Documents will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 100.00. Documents may be collected during school hours between 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:00 as from 16/05/16 to 31/05/16
The closing time for receipt of Proposals is 10th June 2016 at 12noon.
Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile, e-mailed or late tender offers will not be accepted.
Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the Tender Documents and provide the School with their contact details.
Tenderers shall be required to make a 30 minute presentation before the tender panel
