Elodie holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), provided by University College London (UCL). Elodie has 20 years of experience in school leadership including 5 years of headship. In her Senior Leadership posts, she has led on Strategic Planning, Teaching and Learning, Pastoral Care, Boarding, Timetabling, Cover, Careers, Co-Curriculum, Compliance, Safeguarding, Welfare, Admissions and Marketing, Staff Development, Human Resources, Operations and Finance.

Elodie obtained a degree in English Language and Literature at Université Jean Moulin in France, before completing her Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Roehampton in the UK. Trained as a Languages Teacher, Elodie has extensive experience in leading residential trips abroad. Elodie has been an examiner, a moderator and a teacher trainer for various UK examination boards since 2003. Throughout her career, Elodie has worked in non-selective schools educating UK and international students with the UK National Curriculum, iGCSEs/GCSEs and A-Levels.

Elodie is a keen volunteer, currently sitting on the Board of Alliance Française and taking part in regular beach clean ups. Previously in the UK, she held the positions of Chair of Governors and Safeguarding Governor for primary and infant schools, Trustee for AEGIS (the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students) and Director for an Education Business Partnership.
