Priscille was educated in India and the United Kingdom where she completed her Bar vocational training. In 2002, she became a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and was admitted to the BAR of the United Kingdom in 2003.
She is a practising Attorney and Notary specialising in commercial and corporate law.
Priscille sits as the legal advisor on numerous local boards, as a director of various local and international Companies and was appointed in 2016 as a member of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Seychelles.

Paulian currently serves as the Director of Finance and Supply Chain with Airtel Seychelles. He brings to the Board over 12 years’ experience in Audit, Finance and Accounting. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK) and holds a Finance Postgraduate with University of Essex (UK).
He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Uganda where he left as Senior Auditor and joined Airtel. He has executed audit and finance roles in Uganda, Tanzania, DR Congo, Ethiopia and Seychelles across multiple industries including FMCG, Petroleum, NGOs, Insurance and telecom sectors.

Preethi works with the United Nations Development Programme in Seychelles supporting the implementation of donor funded projects and advocating for Sustainable Development. She is an Economics major with a love for design and the creative arts.
With over 20 years’ experience in the field of development, tourism, market research and retail, Preethi is a firm believer in holistic planning and development.

Frank is the current Attorney General of the Republic of Seychelles. He began his career as a teacher at Mont Fleuri school but soon went to study Law at the University of Mauritius. Graduating with Honors in 1994, he has since worked in the Department of Legal Affairs as State Counsel until 1999.
Prior to his appointment as Attorney general, Frank was heading his own law firm.

Chetan is the Human Resources Manager in one of the most reputed construction companies in Seychelles.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the fields of Accounts, Administration and Human Resources. He prides himself on trouble shooting and diligent execution of projects.
He held the position of Treasurer of the ISS PTA and also previously on the ISS Board of Governors for the last few years.

Alexandra is a legal practitioner running her own law firm specialising in Civil Law. She completed her Law degree from the University of Kent and the Paris Institute of Political Sciences.
Alexandra brings her perspective as an alumna and previous Head Girl at ISS.

Angelique Antat is a UK-educated professional with extensive experience in public policy, investment, and industry development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Business Economics from Middlesex University and a Master of Laws (MA) from the University of Manchester.
She served 11 years at the Ministry of Finance before becoming CEO of the Seychelles Investment Board and later Principal Secretary for Industry and Entrepreneurship. Angelique then joined Green Island Construction Company for three and a half years and now works in senior leadership within a private construction firm.
She has sat on multiple national boards, including parastatal entities such as the Financial Services Authority and Islands Development Company. She brings to ISS a commitment to high standards, and nurturing environments where young people can thrive, supported by inclusive policies and forward-thinking governance.

From 1989 Capt. Valmont sailed as Master on different vessels until January 2011 when he joined the Seychelles Maritime Safety Administration (SMSA) as Director General.
As Head of the Seychelles Maritime Safety Administration Capt. Valmont had the opportunity to undergo numerous trainings offered by the International Marime Organization (IMO) and other International Organization that includes Assessment and Examination of Seafarers, Instructors, Port State Control Inspection, Maritime Casualty Investigation, Maritime Security Management System (ISPS Code) Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor using ISO 9001: 2015 among others and was appointed as IMO Maritime Ambassador for Seychelles.
Capt. Valmont was appointed as the Chief Executive Offcer of the newly transformed Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority in 2020 and retired in August 2023.
Capt. Valmont is currently the Deputy Chairperson of the Seychelles Marime Academy Board of Directors and doing part time lecturing at the Academy.
